If you already have a SystmOnline account you can order your repeat medication by clicking here. Please contact Patient services on 01353 669923 or arrange access to systm online.
We do not accept paper prescriptions following the changes brought in due to the Covid-19 pandemic, for those who do not have access to Systm online we do accept phone calls but these are only accepted 10-12am or 2-4pm Monday to Friday on 01353 669923 option 1. This line is to be be reserved only for those people who do not have access to the internet.
If you get regular or repeat prescriptions, you could save time by switching to electronic Repeat Dispensing (eRD).
eRD sends your prescriptions electronically from your GP surgery to a pharmacy of your choice. It’s easy to use and you don't need a computer or electronic device. For more information, please click here.
The demand for repeat prescriptions has increased by about 50% following the Covid Pandemic. This is putting immense pressure on dispensaries and pharmacies.
Please don’t order your repeats early or stock-pile medication. Request them no more than 10 days before you are due to run out. Please also note that we can only issue 1 month’s worth of medication, under guidance from Department of Health, Cambridgeshire CCG and GMC.
Please also be aware our turnaround time is 5 working days in order to help with the current demand on services. Therefore please request your supply a few days earlier than normal. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. You may also be contacted by a Medicines Technician, Pharmacist or Clinical Pharmacist to review medication at your Doctors request.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
